Some progress on gender pay, but most women are still earning less

The 2023 WGEA gender pay scorecard shows progress with the gender pay gap reducing by 1.1% over the last 12 months to 21.7%.

However, on average women are still earning less in all industries including in our schools and early childhood centres.
