One Law For AllSouth Australian
construction worker Ark Tribe, who faced court on Monday 8 June because he refused to
attend the hearing with ABCC and inform on workmates to the ABCC But the story doesn’t end there.
One by one, the workers from the site were called before the ABCC. Because of this For standing up against
these unjust laws, Ark Tribe could face up to 6 months in prison. . Construction workers can be
fined $22,000 if they stop work, even over serious safety concerns or if their
wages aren't paid. These unfair laws need to be repealed by the Federal Labor
Government urgently. Even the police don't have the
powers the ABCC have. In The Take a Stand for
Rights on Site, and the petition to support Ark is found at http://www.rightsonsite.org.au
